Douglas Adams’ “rules that describe our reactions to technologies”:
“Anything that is in the world when you’re born is normal and ordinary and is just a natural part of the way the world works.” “Anything that’s invented between when you’re 15 and 35 is new and exciting and revolutionary and you can probably get a career in it.” “Anything invented after you’re 35 is against the natural order of things.”
I don't blame the far left anymore than I blame a fish for swimming; it's what they do. I blame the mushy, middle ground voters who hide behind an uninformed mind by claiming an open one.

I think you nailed it. After 35 we can't figure out how to work the dang new stuff so we get a ten year old to fix it.
I figured out years ago that techies do not think in a straight line. A to B to C is not how things work anymore. It's not logical. You must go to B to Z to L to A to get the desired result. Just don't ask me how to do anything before my coffee in the Am or after Beer in the PM.
